	1938 Packard Series 1608 V12 Convertible Sedan
	1938 Packard V12 Convertible Sedan Series 1608 , design by Dietrich. 175 bhp , 473.3 cu. in L head V12 engine , three speed selective synchromesh manual transmission with floorshift. Independant front suspension with coilsprings , live rear axle with semi-elliptic leafsprings and fourwheel power assisted hydraulic drumbrakes. Wheelbase 139 3/8 " Of the 566 Packard Twelves that were produced for 1938 , just 25 were built with the stately Dietrich - designed Convertible Sedan body style , selling for nearly $6000 when new , and only six are believed to have survived. Previous owner purchased this beauty in 1999 from Jerry Sauls of the well respected Ritz garage of New Hope , PA. Restored in the mid 1990's. More recently , several mechanical upgrades were performed , including a new clutch , new ignition coils , and the starter , generator and carburator were rebuilt. Steering wheel is supernice with no cracks whatsoever. Distinctive open body work is enhanced with dual sidemounts with mirrors , bumperguards , trippe foglights and a rear luggage rack. Paint is presentable , but not show quality. Leather interior still shows very nice , as does all brightwork / chrome. Top is the correct cloth material and is nice with no rips or tears. 8 Volt battery installed for easier starting , and voltage regulator output adjusted accordingly. Just spent around $1000 servicing the car Aug. 30th , and she starts on a dime , also when warm. Car runs super smooth and quiet like you would expect from a Packard V12 , and she's ready to take you and your loved ones anywhere ! 	1948 Packard Convertible
	Here we have a nice old Packard Convertible , I'd say she's a no. 3 condition car ; driver quality with a few minor flaws that we have not adressed yet , like the windows not working , and top being manual. ( don't know if they were all hydraulic / electric though ) Engine sounds good , has a minor valve ticking that could be from sitting around , but runs fine on all cylinders . Car shifts fine. Has a few flaws in the paint here and there too ; something normal for a car this age. So , all in all , it's " just a car , not a movie star " , but a great looking Packard from the 40's that you can be having a lot of fun with cruising around while you do a light cosmetic resto as you own and drive her. What's really cool is the super rare Continental kit ; have not seen another one ! Now a car like this in prime condition goes between $55,000 to $75,000 and we have priced this one WAY BELOW THAT ! 	1933 Packard Super eight 5 pass. Sedan
	This is a beautiful Packard Super eight 5 passenger sedan that has been prof. frame-off restored. We just got the car in from a dealer friend of ours , and still have to research it's history. Although I don't know how fresh the resto is , I can tell you that the complete restoration still looks very , very nice and the whole car is just spectacular ! The engine starts on a dime and is truly whisper quiet. Dual sidemounts , trunk rack , wirewheels , Trippe lights , she's got it all ! Beautiful midnight blue paint with correct cloth interior. 	1936 Packard 120 Convertible Coupe
	This is a nice older Packard 120 Convertible Coupe. The straight 8 cyl. 257 cu.in 120hp engine runs well,( has small leak in gasket between manifold and block ) and car drives good. I have checked the no's on the engine , and it appears to be from a 1938 model Packard. The interior is leather and very , very acceptable ,no rips or tears and nice and soft. The paint is old and so the car needs - although it appears to have no visible rust anywhere and to be rocksolid - to be painted ofcourse.Most chrome is very decent and acceptable. The rubber on the pass.side runningboard needs to be replaced, and the windshield ( flatglass , about $100 ) has a crack in it.The top is the correct meterial and looks very fresh / nice. If you're looking for a nice driver, priced right , a car you can enjoy without sinking a lot of bucks into and that's attractively priced to own , this is it.. Look at the really cool optional radio ! I would paint this car black , or Packard cream ; both will go great with the red leather ! Also would put some skirts on..I have just gotten in 4 brandnew whitewall tires with flaps and tubes and you can buy them for what I paid for them.( about $900 )These great Packard 120's are one of the best driving Packards ever made : just "ask the man who owns one " ! Only the leather in the rumble seat is still original and should be replaced ; other than that the only thing one could fault the car on , would be some minor cracks in the paint on the front fender.
